After a hard
days racing, what's a guy supposed to do but relax in the glory that was?
It's about
time. Nearly three years of working fulltime on the beast modifying nearly
every major part to extract that ellusive advantage. The work finally
paid off with six out of six wins and the Championship for 2005.
Winning didn't
feel like winning until the last race was over - all weekend I was waiting
for something to go wrong. And when it didn't, I felt a bit cheated and
a little bored as there wasn't the usual adrenalin rush of frenzied repairs
before the next race.
Better enjoy
it while it lasts. Here are a few shots of the bike on that weekend.
